Uprooted Music Revue's Favorite Streaming Music Films on Netflix

I was recently discussing some of the films I have seen on Netflix via the "Watch Instantly" online streaming service when I realized that some of my all-time favorite concert films, documentaries, and artist biographies are now available for viewing! Now I am the first to admit that the Netflix streaming service is far from perfect, so I thought I'd share some of own discoveries.
